Todd Wenzel is a Real Estate lawyer. He represents individuals involved in real property transactions and disputes, buyers and sellers of real estate, real estate brokers and Realtors®, property owners, commercial and residential landlords and tenants, business owners, developers, architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors.
Todd is a member of the firm’s Real Estate and Business Teams. He has authored California Real Estate Law and Litigation (CEB) chapters on Broker Contracts, and Principals Duties, Liabilities, and Defenses; as well Todd was a consultant on California Construction Contracts, Defects, and Litigation (CEB) chapter on Green Building. He has also authored numerous articles on residential and commercial landlord-tenant issues, sub-prime mortgage crisis, and foreclosures in various publications.
Todd is a frequent presenter of continuing education classes for real estate professionals in consumer protection and risk management topics; as well Todd has been recognized as a member of distinguished faculty for Lorman Education Services in legal seminar presentations.
